Holbrook is a city in Navajo County, Arizona. The population was 5,126 in 2006. The Petrified Forest National Park is located 28 miles (45 km) east of Holbrook. The Historic Navajo County Courthouse and Museum is located in Downtown Holbrook, was built in 1898, and is now home to the Navajo County Historical Society. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Wigwam Motel on Hopi Drive was built in 1950 and is also listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Historic U.S. Route 66 runs through Holbrook.
